Welcome to SET THE STANDARD Aesthetic Injector Training Program, where aspiring and emerging aesthetic injectors can build their skills through expert-led education and hands-on experience. Our courses are designed for medical providers who are new to aesthetic medicine or looking to strengthen their foundation in aesthetic treatments. Led by experienced injectors—Brandy Casey, AGACNP-BC and Kayla Weber, FNP-C—this intimate training combines essential knowledge with practical, hands-on learning to help you develop the confidence, technique, and clinical understanding needed to take the next step in your aesthetics career.

We created Set The Standard because we saw something missing in aesthetic injector education.
Too many new injectors complete a course and are left wondering what comes next. This is bigger than one course. It’s about creating a new standard for aesthetic injectors and the patients who trust them.
WE CREATED WHAT WE COULDN’T FIND
THE STORY BEHIND SET THE STANDARD
Set The Standard was created by Kayla Weber, NP and Brandy Casey, NP, two aesthetic injectors, educators, and leaders who have spent years working side by side building a multi-location aesthetic practice, treating patients, developing clinical protocols, and training the next generation of injectors.
Our experience and leadership have earned recognition within the aesthetics industry. Both Kayla and Brandy have been recognized as preferred injectors for Evolus. Kayla serves as a trainer for Obagi Medical, educating medical providers, while Brandy has been nominated multiple years for Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Awards for her leadership and entrepreneurship. Together, we bring years of clinical experience, provider education, practice development, and real-world insight into every Set The Standard training.
But before we were trainers, we were new injectors too. We know what it feels like to want a career in aesthetics and not know where to start, who to learn from, or how to get the experience employers are asking for. We had to carve our own paths, seek out education, find mentors, and build our confidence through years of hands-on experience.
We created Set The Standard because we wanted to offer the kind of education we wish had existed when we were starting out.
Our training goes beyond memorizing injection points and following a formula. We teach the why behind what you’re doing, with an emphasis on anatomy, assessment, safety, technique, and clinical decision-making. Because confident injecting should come from understanding, not just repetition.
Our goal is to help providers take ownership of their education, build a strong clinical foundation, and become the kind of injectors we would trust with our own patients.

Designed for medical professionals with foundational neurotoxin training and injection experience, Intermediate Neurotoxins builds on the basics to help injectors refine their technique, strengthen clinical decision-making, and approach more advanced treatment planning with confidence.
This six-hour course combines expert-led education with hands-on training and personalized guidance from experienced NuBella injectors. Participants will deepen their understanding of facial assessment, dosing strategies, injection techniques, and individualized treatment planning while learning how to create balanced, natural-looking results.

This course is intended for medical professionals who have already completed introductory neurotoxin training and have a foundational understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, dosing, and injection technique.
Participants should be comfortable with the fundamentals of neurotoxin treatments before enrolling.

Our Mentorship is designed for aesthetic providers who want continued, individualized support beyond the classroom. Each month, you’ll have a private 55-minute 1:1 session with a Set The Standard educator, tailored entirely to your current questions, challenges, and goals.
Use your session to review patient cases, talk through assessment and treatment planning, strengthen your understanding of anatomy and technique, navigate complications, discuss career development, or simply get guidance as new situations arise in practice.
This is your dedicated space to ask questions, work through real-world scenarios, and continue building confidence with the support of an experienced mentor.
As your mentorship progresses, members may also unlock the opportunity to participate in a Shadow Day, providing additional exposure to real-world patient consultations, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical practice alongside a Set The Standard educator.
