Purchase, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Client Responsibility

Client is responsible for the payment of their services rendered. Payment is expected at the time of service for all charges toward current visit, as well as any previous balances (ex: late, no-show fees). We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, or American Express,  and Care Credit. Gratuity for services is never expected, but always appreciated.  

All Sales Are Final

Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our treatments and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, or retail products.

Prepaid Treatments & Packages

All prepaid treatments and service packages are non-refundable. Packages may be transferable at the discretion of management but may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Memberships

Membership fees and prepaid membership services are non-refundable. Membership benefits must be used within the designated billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Retail Products

Retail product sales are final. In the event a product is defective, we may offer an exchange for the same item within 7 days of purchase.

Pricing & Promotions

Promotional pricing, specials, and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotions may have expiration dates and restrictions. By purchasing services or products from NuBella Med Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Appointment Cancellations & No Shows

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of appointment time will forfeit their appointment deposit and be charged a new deposit towards any rescheduled appointment.

  • Clients who are not present for their appointment will be considered a no-show, and will forfeit their appointment deposit. Clients may also be required to hold future appointments with a credit card that will be charged in the event of another no-show or late cancellation. A continued history of no-shows may result in a dismissal from NuBella Med Spa. Consultation visits that are repeatedly cancelled will count towards the patient’s no-show record and may result in refusal to schedule future appointments. 

Changes in Scheduled Service

Sometimes clients ask to change their service after arriving at NuBella Med Spa, and while most times we are able to accommodate this change, occasionally we are unable to do so given the amount of time scheduled and change in set up (ex: Deciding to get a filler treatment which takes an hour vs. a botox treatment which takes 15 minutes). So that we are able to give you the best treatment possible, we ask that you please call 24 hours in advance to discuss any changes that you would like to make to your scheduled service.

Late Policy

We ask that clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time out of respect to the clients scheduled after you. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. Lateness beyond 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your appointment deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits

Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total but are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than the required notice.
